What memory for Alphaserver 1000A 4/200?

What type of memory do I need for an Alphaserver 1000A 4/200? I know it's
PS/2 FPM Memory, and that I always need 5 modules per bank. Does it has to
be parity? Or ECC? Do I need DEC-specific modules, or will generic PS/2 RAM
w. true parity work? What's the biggest modules size that works? Do 128MB
modules work?
