ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub/Digital/Alpha/firmware/v6.6/utility/swxcrmgr/

looks promising for the firmware and the configuration utility. I'm
still running a KZPAC-CA in an AlphaServer 1200 and I've had no problems
with it. I'm running firmware 249 with a Tru64 V4.0F system. There is a
version 270 of the firmware, but I have a memory that this was alleged
to be problematic (though this may have been an unjustified slur - maybe
someone else out there knows more?).
