DECTalk dBase demo program??

There was a demo program for DECtalk, written using dBase if I remember
correctly. You could demo the various voices, the context capabilities and
even the 'singing' ability (Hello Dolly, Roll Out the Barrel).

Anyone have a copy of this in their old collections?
