OpenVMS _DOES_ work on these systems, it takes a little fussing around
but it works fine.
Google for Multia and OpenVMS, there used to be a few sites that gave
specific information on the install. I've done it, but it's been years
ago.
You can get Hobbyist licenses from Montgar.com for free, and I'm sure
someone will loan you a OpenVMS disk and the freeware disks.
Be forewarned, those Multias run very hot, they make nice hand warmers
during winter months. If your system has the original fan in it it
might be a good time to update it. If you were lucky enough to get the
vertical stand, be sure to use it. Airflow is critical on these little
boxes. Do not lay it flat or stack anything on it, they are prone to
'heat death' in this configuration.
Good luck!
