VAXELN-to-VxWorks portability layer

    I recall that Digital offered a VAXELN portability layer for VxWorks at
    one point. Presumably, that disappeared as a product long ago. Was the
    source for it ever released? If so, would one someone who has it be
    willing to provide me with a copy? This isn't for commercial use; it's
    really just to satisfy my curiosity.
