Chris,
What is the state of your cache battery backup? I've never experienced
it myself but the battery can turn to sludge if it's not kept charged.
If the battery has not yet turned to sludge, it may need something like
24 hours to become fully charged. The HSZ50 won't be happy until it has
a fully charged battery.
