For the hardware listing you could shutdown the server (of course only if
it is no production system :-) ) and on the SRM console (prompt like >>>)
you can type show config and show device.
With this commands you get information of nearly every part in the machine.

For the configuration you can take a look in the rc.config
There's also a program called dxsysinfo which shows you (processor, mem,
disks etc.)
