      You have the DIGITAL LK201-EC series variant, part number 70-23983-EC
      revision D01, and yes, this is the APL keyboard.

      The LK201-EC differs from the US variant of the LK201 series solely
      around its keycap engraving -- and the engraving is intended to help
      with the APL COMPOSE sequences.

      You can ignore the keycaps, or you can trade with somebody coding in
      APL using one of the non-APL LK201 variants, of course.
