A little DS20 assistance

I have just obtained a pair of Alphaserver DS20s with two Raid Array
3000 pedestals and a Memory Channel Hub 800/8 (it used to be an Oracle
cluster).

I've come up blank trying to find a copy of SWCC (preferably for Windows
at the moment) to reconfigure the RA3000s, can anyone suggest where I
might find a copy?

The systems each have a KZPAC-XD RAID controller for mirroring the
internal drives (2x9Gb in each currently), but I'd like to start fresh
with Tru64 using 2x18Gb drives. What software do I need to configure the
card with the new drives and where can I find it? Navigating the HP site
for legacy DEC/Compaq information is rather tricky and although I can
find support matrices etc I can't find array configuration software :(

Any input would be most appreciated.

Cheers,

Gavin.
