It work.....
Holy ***......
Got Debian netinst CD
Used my Gentoo milo floppy....did a quick draw cd change when
rebooting.......and it installed debian...
wow
now I'm back to this

but hey.......better than BSOD
Now I gotta figure out how to install a GUI...
