Not that I know of. But that doesn't mean anything...
Also, the owner's manual doesn't really discuss flash variants. Were
there units sold with no flash? Once I get the 90M up and issue a SHOW
MEMORY command, it tells me that there is no flash installed.
Yes, there have been 0MB, 1MB and 2MB variants.
