Firmware compression algorithm?

Hello,

I am trying to create an Alpha Simulator (similar to Charon-AXP), and
to do that, I need to get to the DS15-firmware (I'm emulating an
EV68-processor). The firmware-image I have (ds15_v7_2.exe) contains
this firmware in what appears to be a compressed form. Can anyone tell
me how to extract the actual firmware from this executable?
