need help with snmpd demon

Hi All,
In order to control HP-UX server through snmpd demon, i need to
install a new mib file to exetend the Mib Tree,
what can i do to install/configure snmpd demon?
P.S: I need to extend Mib tree with rfc1514 (Host Resource Mib)
