I asked this question before but got no answer.
I got a question from a user, they purchased a rp7410 and a number of
rp5470.
7410 is the system running critical job. Their site is in a remote
place where HP can not guarantee 6 hour onsite service. They asked if
they can put RAM of rp5470 onto rp7410 for temp use in case there is
memory failure on rp7410. Only thing I know is rp7410 RAM is installed
in 4 DIMMs set, rp5470 RAM is installed in 2 DIMMs set, I am not sure
if they can take 4 DIMMs of same size from rp5470 to use on rp7410.
Does anyone know if this will work? Thanks.
Same question was also asked by another user who in addition asked if
the internal disk on both system are exchangable.
