In one of our systems we have an HP Raid4si controller. The controller is
connected to a ds2300 with 14 disks of 73 GB, split over two SCSI channels.
The set is configured into 3 LUN's of 4 disks on one scsi channel, 6 disks
on one scsi channel and 4 disks over two scsi channels.
On the LUN with 6 disks we get a writeperformance of 6 MB/s, which sounds
verry poor. Can anyone tell me if this is normal and how to improve the
performance..

Would it improve when the 6 disks are devided over 2 scsi channels ??
