If the product support plans I can find internally are any indication,
the 28655A is a narrow, single-ended SCSI controller, not FastWide nor
FWD. Since it is narrow, it can only address out to SCSI address 7.
Being an HP-PB device, on a K Class, I suspect it would not even
sustain 5MB/s but I may be wrong there.
