You'll need a couple of things to make this work.
The SCSI interface in the first and second workstation need to have a
different SCSI address to avoid conflicts.
Same goes for the internal disk(s) if you have them installed.
Last but not least you'll need special cables with internal
terminators between the workstation and the disk enclosure.
