Thanks for your reply - I had this set up as you described, but a kind
soul contacted me off list and talked me through (I'm a dummy, you see
:-) ) the terminal setup. I reset the setups as he described and to my
joy, it booted and console appeared!!! Turns out it's a D270 that was
an HP OpenMail server... This is just the start of my hp-ux, experience,
but thanks to all for getting me this far.
