gcc for HP-UX

Since I needed a compiler for HP-UX I downloaded the following files from
the HP DSPP gcc website:

gcc_3.3.2_hppa64-hp-hpux11.11_depot.gz
binutils_2.14_hppa-hp-hpux11.11_depot.gz

Regarding the website both files are for PA-RISC platforms running HP-UX 11i
11.11. I now tried to install these files on my c3000 running 11.11 with the
Quality Gold Package from Dec 2003 but I get warnings that these packages
are not compatible with the platform and the OS version I'm running.

So what's wrong? Are these files faulty, or are they not for PA-RISC/HP-UX
11i?
