    Hi,

If my "mount point"(directory) has a space in the name then bdf
    returns an error.

    For eg:
    #mount /dev/vg00/user1 "/mranal test"
    #bdf
    # bdf
Filesystem kbytes used avail %used Mounted on
    /dev/vg00/lvol3 212992 171104 41576 80% /
    /dev/vg00/lvol1 311296 102544 207168 33% /stand
    /dev/vg00/lvol8 4718592 580352 4106016 12% /var
    /dev/vg00/lvol7 6144000 2111504 4001016 35% /usr
    /dev/vg00/users 10240000 18996 9582197 0% /users
    /dev/vg00/lvol4 2097152 149800 1932336 7% /tmp
    /dev/vg00/lvol6 6144000 3286272 2835616 54% /opt
    /dev/vg00/lvol5 10240000 10042520 196168 98% /home
bdf: /mranal: No such file or directory

Is there an alternative command available? If not, is it ok to read
/etc/mnttab? Besides, is it ok to have space or any other special
    character in the mount point?

    Thanks and Regards,
    M Shetty
