host ip-address change

I have this box:
HP-UX hpa180 B.11.11 U 9000/800 (te)

What changes I should do and where; I want to change that machines
IP-address to a completely different ip address range (from C-class to
B-class).

I am not too familiar with the system as is no one in my company. I
*think* it is not too complicated. I have changed IP-address in a
linux-box some months ago and it was a big thing there.
