I would look into a perl script using snmp. The benefit of snmp is that
the MAC address will be at the same mib location for all three operating
systems which will certainly save you some programming time.
Perl has an excellent SNMP module that makes coding snmp queries
incredibly easy. Email me directy if you have specific questions about
it.
