Query for definition of Structures struct mydriver_lun and struct scsi_lun used for writing scsi driver in Driver Development Guide

Hi,
I am studying Driver Development Guide for writing my own scsi
driver. but I 'm facing some problem when i compile this driver. it is
not getting definition of above mentioned structures.

I also want to know the function body of function m_scsi_lun( ).

Please reply me as soon as possible.
