Does anyone know if there are any emulators that would emulate an HP-UX
command line either on Linux or Windows? I am writing scripts to be run
on HP-UX servers and would like to be able to test them from my
desktop, before having to get the admins to test them in development.

What do you want to test?

If you want to be on the safe side, either make sure that the
same set of tools is installed (ie. GNU, as you'll have problems
getting HP toolchain on Linux or Windows) or closely stick to
the POSIX standard when you write your shell script.
