does not connect ?!

Hello everyone,
I have have problem with hp rp2400 server. After power went OFF, I
turnned ON the power. The front panel LEDs were as follow:
run, atten,fault,remote = OFF
power = falshing
I released the ON/OFF switch in the rear panel and they become as
follow:
run = ON
atten = flashing
fault = off
remote = flashing
power = ON
But no messages were displayed on the local console and I cannot ping
or telent my server.

please, I need your help regarding the console and the server ??
