Hi,
I want to use glance for finding out memory usage of my server
application. I did run glance with the pid of my app, and could see the
application and some stats... What I dont understand is how do I
interpret the memory data .. It shows as follows -
GlancePlus C.04.50.00 18:11:19 hpux1 ia64

My application is ssd, I dont know what is RSS ? and sometime I see the
memory utilization achiviing 100% also, what does it mean ? Can
somebody provide any help ? Also I have seen the memory display of
glance by pressing 'm' which is something like this -

I have again no idea, how to interpret this data .. How can I figure
out if my app is using high memory or is there some leak etc ????
I have even looked at my particular pid's data which is even more
confusing .. it looks like this -

Can I figure out something related to memory from the above output ???
I cannot run gpm, coz I dont have X access. Please HELP !!!! What I
want is very basic layman's infomation on glance, so that just by
seeing the screen I can figure out whats going on.
Sorry for the longer mail.
Thanks a lot !
