remote debugging using kdb in hp-ux

Hello,

Im trying to setup kdb for remote debugging on hp-ux.
kwdb) target pa_kern <machine name>:147001
<machine_name>:14701: Connection refused.

is there something that needs to be done on the target node to enable a
connect?
Where is the man page located for this?
