Orange status light on NIC

I moved my server 20ft. and when I tried to bring it up I have warning
lights on the front. I look at the back and the NIC light shows
"orange" for the status and the activity light is blinking. The LAN guy
hooked a tester up and the cable is good and the switch it is in shows
the port is good plus he can see the other servers on that segment. I
moved 3 servers and this one is the only one not coming up. I tried to
GOOGLE for "orange status light" but nothing.

I thought I would try here. I will call HP after a bit.
