Alert level 2: Informational
Keyword: MC_LOG_PROC_ERR
This denotes the action of logging the processor errors in the MCA
path.
MCAs (Machine Check Abort) happen because of H/W issue (CPU error,
I/O card failed to respond etc). This could also be because of some
software (driver etc) that caused the H/W to report a failure.
Check at itrc.hp.com on how to collect MCA data & analyze the same.
Installing the latest system firmware (SFW) normally solves most
known MCA issues (which are not real H/W failures).
