Hello,
Is it possible to get HPVM's console output without logging
into the base system? some application which can help you do that? I
am talking about something similar like VMWare console viewer which
give you the console of guest OS.

serial console stops just before login prompt ... When the machine boots the console output is directed ... At this point there is no login:... If the keyboard is not attached at boot time, ... If the machine is then rebooted, the console output associated ... (freebsd-current)
AlphaServer 800 Console ... I don't get any console output....drives spin up but don't attempt to boot (no surprise, ...serial console but it won't be here for 3 days or so and ... (comp.os.vms)
