Oh dear. My apologies Kjetil, but I feel that you are doing your students a disservice.
There is nothing in the above list that cannot also be obtained for free from the Linux
stable, and much can be obtained for free or at low cost from the mainstream Unix producers.

Of course, it is my personal opinion that informatics should include the ability to
manipulate/understand information. Maybe you should consider APL as part of the course?
