What would be the point of getting tcp_wrappers support in sendmail,
or any other MTA, out of curiosity? Unless you happen to know the
particular IP of a spammer or other offending mail sender, you can't
block spam. You don't want to do reverse DNS checks unless you have
a deathwish to block lots of legit mail. You can generally just use
an RBL to block most things are open proxies.
