installing openssl.tardist

hello,
I have IRIC 6.5.19m.
When I isntall the related patches there is a distribution called
openssl.tardist
THis one won't install because of it needs kerberos.sw.lib32
but I have not foudn such a package in the 6.5.19 CDs...

anyone knows where can I find it ?
