Sure. You're not swapping yet, that's all RAM.
This is from an O2 I'm just working on:

Memory: 320M max, 283M avail, 213M free, 512M swap, 512M free swap
$ /sbin/swap -s
total: 0.00k allocated + 86.11m add'l reserved = 86.11m bytes used, 728.64m bytes available
86.11M + 728.64M = 814.75M
320M RAM + 512M swap = 832M
