    Can you give us more details?
    You are using SGI's apache 1.3, or freeware's apache 1.3/2.0?

    What you're trying to do? Set "script.php" as the default index page so
    that http://site will automatically run http://site/script.php? This is
    solved with the DirectoryIndex directive in the apache configuration.

    About the "the document contains no data". There might be a
    configuration error somewhere. Check your apache logs.
