    uname -R on the installed systems says 6.5.12m and the download from
    SGI says 6.5.22m.

    I have followed the instructions from the SGI page (as people
    politely said) and continue to have the same problem.

    Openning base level CD's (the original foundation CD's) and
    the original overlays and the update CD's and I continue
    to get the same errors. Oh, and patch 5086 is installed.
    Installing live or via miniroot both result in the same
    behavior.

    I'm bummin.
