Hello,
I have 4 SGI O2 workstations, 1 of them running as NIS Server, so that a
user can login with his/her username on any of them. The Home
directories file system (/usr/people/) is also shared using NFS.
Since a couple of weeks (when after a crash I had to reinstall IRIX
6.5.22 on the server) I am experiecing the following problem:
when DIFFERENT users logged in different machines (NIS Clients)
simultaneously write on their home directories, some of the files user
A's processes are working on appear to belong to user B, and viceversa.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Carlos F.
