    Hi all,

    Can anybody recomend a moderately priced (free is better!) sound editor
    application for IRIX. I need to edit audio recordings I have on
    minidisc and want to use the digital input to transfer and chop stuff
    suitable for mastering an audio CD.

    Soundeditor does the job, but would be nice if there was something a
    bit better - sort of similar to Peak on the mac.

    I have an octane with 1/2 gig ram so would rather do it on that than
    ftp over to my slow and crappy mac.
