    Yes its the backup. You can change the name of the kernel file in the
    command line menu when something went wrong with it.

    My 2 rack origin2000 needs at least around 5min for a warm reboot. It would
    be wise to hook up a serial cable FIRST from a other machine to the terminal
    port or to the MMSC when having a two or more module setup. So with this
    youre able to see all messages from the boot procedure.
