    Hello,

I have a Octane booting problem. When I plug in power code,
the machine automatically runs power supplier fan...
And there is no red light.

(Usually, the machine should start only when the power button
    is pressed.)

What is the problem and how can I fix it ?

    Please help me.

    Best regards,

    ---
