Is there any advantage completing SCSA and/ or SCNA?

Is there any advantage completing SCSA and/ or SCNA?

These certifications are valid only for 2 years
Sun don't allow to use any sort of logo for the completion of
certification
Sun also do not publically list the certified people directory

Having all these in this down-turn market, does it useful to have
these certifications?

PS: I am not talking about the importance of experience. Just
importance of certification for fresher or experienced.

Please express your comments or experience.
