        Both disks? It might help if you described your layout better.
        If you only have 2 disks, how does your meta state db layout
        look? Can you post the output of "metadb"?

        It could be due to the lack of majority consensus with the
        state db's.

        I'm not proposing anything yet. Did you set that option in
        /etc/system? And did you have an equal number of state db's
        on both disks? Did you apply the latest SDS patch?
