You need a Sparc machine running Solaris and RM6 to set up the
LUNs and manage the RAID etc. Once you have it configured each
LUN should just look like a large disk on the SCSI bus.
You also need an HVD scsi controller. DO NOT plug this unit
into an SE or LVD bus, this will cause damage and the magic
smoke may escape.
After jumping through the above hoops you will still have no
way of maintaining the array without RM6, so you will never know
until it is too late that a disk has failed etc.......
Rather use it on a Sparc system as intended.
