xterm and mouse movement

    Hi,

    I have a user configuration on my profile I would like to change :
    when i move my mouse on a window, it is becoming the active window.
    What parameters can i change to prevent it ?

    I also want to use the tab button to end the file names i enter and the up
    button for the last command i prompted.

    Do u have any idea ?
