root password on Qube 2700WG?

Hi group!

I just bought a used Qube1 2700WG, and the seller didn't
give me the administrator passwords.. is there a known
backdoor or similar into the box?
Second, are there still any spare parts available for this
Qube1? I need the grey plastic base...
