Try using the SETOOLKIT, it serves two purposes
1) Helps monitor the performance of your system.
2) Has useful programs.
There is a program called disks.se in the /opt/RICHPse/examples
direcctory that prints tha mapping of all sd numbers to corresponding
cxtxdxsx numbers.
