Which version/OS to install on Netra i20 (SS20)/22

I've got a Netra i22 (Dual CPU SSparc 75) with 256MB RAM and 9GB HDD... It's
now running Solaris 7 Server.

Is Sol7 Server the best for this ancient dinosaur? or is 8 or 9 better?

I understand 10 won't work at all with SuperSPARC...

How about Linux? since it's dual proc, I don't think BSD is the answer.

This is just to run some small DNS (BIND) for 8 or 9 hosts servicing minimal
requests, SMTP (sendmail) and http (apache). Currently, am running a
linux-based 486PC to host these services.

Any advice would be welcome.
