Install packages to different directory from the default directory
Date: Mon, 28 Feb 2005 22:12:27 +1100
Hi all,
I tried to install packages which I download from www.sunfreeware.com. The
command I use such as,
"pkgadd -d ./ethereal-0.10.9-solaris2.8-sparc-local"
This make the package always be installed to default directory /usr/local/
I wonder how can I can install the same package to different directory,
reason I would like to do that because the "/usr/local/" directory has no
more space left while there are some room on other directory.
Thanks in advance.
