Yes.

Or you can move the disk from the U10 to the U5 and boot the U10's
disk. Then erase the PROM password.

You coudl do that, if you have Solaris media available; it comes
with scripts called "setup_install_server" and "add_install_client".

Moving the disks might be slightly easier.
