As you aalready aware that I have only one Netra server installed at
home. Are you aware if I connect that server VIA a router and install
DHCP manager or something on the server to obtain IP address from the
router will that work?
Any ideas on how to create the network or share atleast HDD resources
between my PC and Netra?

I've thrown quite a bit at them, and just have to disagree that they are inherently less secure than the netgear....setup DHCP and I have also gone in and manually created a new scope ... when I first used the Netgear router with SBS 2003, ... than one SBS server in a company makes no sense. ...
